The maker's mark appears to be Rebecca Emes & Edward Barnard.  The P marking appears to be 1830

using a standard tape measure, measuring cup for volume, small (up to 9 pound 13 oz) pound/ounce scale and a regular bathroom scale for heavier items and box weight.
